1, How can I send my images for processing?

Email: You can also send your images by email if it is only a few and within your email attachment allowance limit (usually 10MB).

Others: Wetransfer, Dropbox, YouSendIt.

2, Can I apply for trial work?

3, How do I get my finished images back?

Finished images will be sent back to you through email or FTP with in 24 hours. We will return the images via the same standard in which we received the batch.

4, Where do I start?

Send us your enquiry now. Email it to us at When you have an image, just attach it to the email or Upload that you send to us. Please exact instructions if each.

5, What file types will the image be saved as?

Practically anything you desire. We’ll send a JPG file but if you request it we’ll also send any of the following file formats: BMP, PDF, JPG, GIF, WMF TIFF, PSD even RAW/NEF. All files sent by email or FTP.

6, Do I need to pay for any corrections I may have?

No, when you have any corrections being made because we have misunderstood your instructions or whether it is an error on our part, it will be executed at free of cost. New small corrections are also done free of charge. Corrections on your part, if time consuming will probably be costed as per our hourly cost. Corrections as a result of misunderstood instructions are done free of charge. More alterations and design enhancement will likely be charged in accordance to the per hour pricing.

7, In what format can you return the finished work?

Only specify the format you want returned.

8, What about pricing?

Pricing depends on Image / Design complexity and amount. We offer Discount / Flat rate for bulk orders. For emergency delivery Price is a little bit high.

9, Who carries out the work?

Our crew of artists are expert designers who works manually no automated software.

10, Will you use my images for commercial purposes?

Absolutely not in any situation.

11, What is your payment term?

A: You don’t need to pay before your job is finished. You pay once you receive the completed images and are happy with the quality.

12, Can I pay monthly for your service?

Yes, if you send us regular work, we don’t ask you to pay on every job, instead you can pay monthly. In that case we maintain just one invoice with all the different job details. Each time you place an order, we make an entry to the invoice with all its details including date, batch number, quantity, job description, price etc. So when you make a payment, you can take a look at the invoice to see weather everything is okay. In this case we prefer bank account.

13, Can I get any volume/Bulk discounts?

YES. Usually the volume/bulk discounts are outlined after we quote on a project.

14, How can I get a 24 hour turnaround – Rush job demand?

15, What if I’m not completely fulfilled with the results?

If there are any parts of the retouched photo you are not 100% satisfied with, just send us an email at and we’ll do the requested changes, free of charge. In the end, if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.

16, What kinds of photos do you work on?

We retouch nearly any kind of photo, including family, pet, professional model/actor, marriage ceremony, online dating, real estate, ebay, for sale, and product photos.

17, Are there any photos you can’t improve?

In case your photo is very small or blurred, totally dark/light or doesn’t have sufficient detail, we may not be adept to work on it to your satisfaction. When you arenot sure whether your photo is good enough, please upload it and we will let you know if moving ahead is not advisable. In that happening, we will of course refund your money.

18, Do you accept only digital photos?

Yes, we accept only digital photos. If you have a physical photo that needs retouching, please have it scanned and upload the digital version in the member area of our website.

19, Is there a limit on the photo file size I can upload?

The largest photo our website can accept is 20MB.

20, Do you work on cellphone photos?

Yes we do. The better the original, the better the result is likely to get.

21, My picture has mold and stains. Can you repair these?

Yes. This kind of harm can be restored.

22, How do I get my photos to you?

It is possible for you to enter the upload area of our website. Once you are there, you will be able to select photos from your computer and upload them to our website.
